Took a quick look at a 2000 year Bobcat 864H yesterday that the parking brake isn't right on.
Problem seem to be that it is disengaged all the time.
Checked the brake solenoid manual override first but nope, it' wasn't overidden.
Hooked a gauge to the output port from the valve and indeed the pressure goes from 0 to 26 bar when machine disengages the brake as it should but there's no change in drivability even when pressure is 0 it can be driven just fine.
Measured at brake valve and i assume the hose still goes to the brake packs and someone haven't been fiddling around.
Can the brake packs in the motors be released mechanically also?
Are they known to fail?
Perhaps someone has managed to run them to the ground.
