still working on this salvage project. the lift arms and tilt do not work. no warning lights on and all for lites are on for lift arms to work. the other problem that may be related is brake solenoid shaft, etc falls down in chain case. when i test the solenoid with battery , it pulls in with with grd and 1 wire but not with other wire. the ohms readings on wires are ok. so i just left solenoid shaft out and plug wires into solenoid.
i don't know why lift doesn't work when bics lites are ok.
i don't know what the 33-23 means
