Bobcat 763f valve light blinking on BICS controller

The light is flashing twice, according to the service manual this means the valve output circuit shorted to battery voltage.Can anyone explain what this means and how to go about addressing the problem.The machine is running fine but I would like to get this figured out before something goes wrong. Thank you!
