I need to tighten the bolts that hold the planetary drive end on the drive axle, what should they be torqued too. they are 7/16 bolts fine thread with the wedge washers.

With Bomag being European are you sure the bolts are 7/16" fine thread..? I would've thought they were more likely to be metric fine.
Do the heads carry a stamp either 8.8, 10.9, or 12.9..?

No its standard. Its a spicer rear end. 56lbs is what dealer said
