Bigger mack turbo ?

Ok so we have 92 rd road tractor with a e7-350 in it , boss man had the fuel jacked up as high as mack would allow at the time he bought truck new , either my puff limiter is not working as it should or they really turned the fuel too it . She rolls some coal and i think would benefit from a better turbo . Anyone got any ideas or parts numbers . Mack has a ton of differnt part numbers for turbos depending on hp rating and no clue what is differnt about them they are all s300 mounting that is all I got . Picture included to show the arrangment .

Naw never did it its still running probably wont happen unless it blows its current turbo . And the possibility of me forgetting is very high. Lol
