Any old P&H experts here ? Also need used parts

I have an old P&H 440 TC. Got pretty knowledgeable about it by now, but still have issues with the drums even after replacing all the cylinders, compensators and lines.

Main problem is the swing clutch. Manual says it does not need adjustment but one side is hardly closing the clutch. How can this be fixed.

Also look for used parts. The main (worm) shaft is bend after a boom run off. Got the shaft out and looking for a used one.
