Adding a third spool to a WA320-6/7/8 loader

Anyone done one? Is it something we can do in the shop, or just let Komatsu do it? Looking at a loader that doesn't have one. 2016 -7 with 4600 hours. For the life of me I wish these manufacturers would just put that frickin spool in when it's built.
