Exhaust gas brake i dont know what is fmi 4 but I test 3 wire on it and 2 wire coming from ecu give me 12v ~!? And the last is mass i think fuse and relay ok

is yours a D9 or D10 engine?

PWM valve, exhaust brake pressure, voltage too low
SAE code: MID 128 PPID 124 FMI 4
Conditions:
The engine control unit (E-ECU) registers:
○ component not activated
○ voltage too low (EB38)
Possible cause:
○ Signal line short-circuited to frame ground
Reaction from control unit:
○ 1F2501, activation engine brake (EMS)
Symptom/malfunction:
○ Low power
○ Heavy exhaust smoke development
○ Component continuously activated
