930K C6.6 "low rail pressure"

6500hr 930K, RHN prefix, engine derates about every 10 hours or so.
E396-2 "Fuel Rail Pressure High "
No other codes present.

I changed rail pressure relief valve, no change, but, event was active the moment machine was started (even though rail was drained to change valve).

Dealer put fuel pressure regulator in, as a guess.

Rail pressure sensor calibrate on ET went thru normal.

But, machine still aborts the following:
Relief valve pressure test
Rail pressure test

Both tests abort with either "rpm too high" or "rpm too low" right around 1530rpm in each test.

hi ,as regards to the error code E396-2 use the procedure- Sensor signal analogue active test attached as to this error converts to 157
For the calibration errors disable things that can come on or off (fans air con etc) these can usually be temporarily disabled through ET
