Undercarriage on JD 855 are same as Cat 977K/L Just check the pitch, not sure which model 855 coinsides with which 977 model & serial # reguarding the chain. The rollers on 977 flange bolt holes are 3/4" on early K's & L's. Later L's had 7/8 bolt holes. good luck
