Im trying to do some digging to help a friend out so information may be limited at times. The loader operates as should but after it has been ran some and engine is up to temp. If you switch it off ie: deliver load and then come back to reload. When you get back to start the loader to reload it takes a long time to start. If you actually hold start it takes long enough that it will time out and then you wait a few and try again and eventually will start.

Serial number? Changed fuel filters? Inspect filters for debris by dumping them into a clean container. Codes? Does it run with plenty of power when it is running or does it start to lose power after running a while?

Local quarry uses these, could be as simple as a sensor going open when hot not enough to throw a code but enough to stop the start process. ONLY way will be able to catch what is wrong is to have mechanic on it when shut it down Hot and attempt restart with data log equipment on it.

Ill get the serial. How do I check for codes? The fuel system has "supposedly" been went thru and even a new injection pump put on it. It has plenty of power when running but it only is ran when I use it for maybe 30 min at the time just to load my triaxles

Nice. Gotta love rebuilt crap. In my experience, hot start problems are almost always fuel problems, sometimes electrical, usually pressure due to some failure in progress. First thing I'd do is check fuel pressure while cranking.

The menu button I had you press to get to codes - press and hold that button until "Service Menu" appears in the screen. You should be able to have an option to clear codes when in the service menu. Clear the codes and lets see what comes back.

Also, check the glass bowl on your fuel filter/water separator and make sure the O-ring that is supposed to be between the filter and the bowl is there.
