If you have no hydraulics as well, then drive coupling is the most likely issue. if you have hydraulics, then issue is elsewhere.
Anything at all show up in the display when it is started?
Does the monitor show engine rpm when the engine is running?
Check the lights on the transmission controller when you key on or start machine. The green light should be on. The red light should come on for 1-2 seconds and go out. If the green light does not come on then there is a power or ground issue to the TCU. If the red light stays on then there is a communication issue between the TCU and the Monitor. Post findings and S/N.

The hydraulics are working, blade has all functions.

That S/N doesn't show up. Is it correct?
Only the park lock levers or the center brake pedal will cause that to happen. So I suspect a bad switch (or wiring) at one of those locations.

If I recall correctly, it is in the left side compartment. There is a cable that runs from the park lock lever to the left side compartment where the switch is located.
