320D excavator hydraulic low

Model: 320D
Serial number prefix: PHX

Problem: hydraulic low power

Engine is in good condition
Hydraulic service done
As the machine works or stalls hydraulic
Pressures are low as follows.

- power shift pressure drops up to 210 psi
- pump#1. 3400 psi
- pump#2. 3400 psi

Please help for probable causes

There is a problem with the assembly of the gear train.
"Fuel Injection Timing - Check"
Yes you are right there was a problem in the injection timing , but still there is low hydraulic pressure.
Both pump#1 and pump#2

The pump control relies on engine performance. The whole operation of pump control is to ensure maximum hydraulic performance based on engine response.
The pump control will destroke any time that the engine falters out of it's performance window, ie, when the rpms drop more than 100rpm.

In layman's terms, the system is designed to keep the engine rpms within 100rpm of the target speed, by reducing (varying) the hydraulic load. Your existing, active, fault is conveying to the controller to not utilize the pump fully.

Repair your engine fault first.
