320B governor actuator

Want to replace my governor actuator its mounted under the engine. Old one had top cable to top of injection pump lever and bottom cable to bottom lever but my parts book shows cables vise versa so a little confused anyone know what is proper hook up.

You can try turning the throttle knob while reviewing the operation of the two cables, determining the acceleration cable and deceleration cable for installation.
