someone had a small amount of trouble shifting one of our diggers:eek:

What on earth happened to cause that much damage, Shantull EXC? After looking at your previous thread I thought things must be going pretty well for you. Has this just happened or was the 312dl bought to replace this machine? Did you get grumpy?

no it happened a few years ago the 312cl you see was the replacement it fell of the float when i trusted the float driver to shift it for me when i got a phone call on what had happened. i got a little grumpy the float driver and i dont see eye to eye:Banghead

hey fellow aussie dogger the counterweight stoped at impact some 50 metres away yes 50 metres:eek:

It would be fairly traditional here at HEF for somebody to rock up and say "That'll Buff out".......but I think it may have needed a few extra cans of cutting compound.

So what was the excuse this time?

Can I ask wether you had to make a claim or did the truckies mob cover it?

the excuse was pretty laim look the chain broke (yeah sure) as for who pays thats a long story my insurance covered it so you know the drill
