3126 huei oil line...

Just got a 2001 3126 in a c7500 the black rubber oil line going to the huei pump is leaking. My questions are is there anything I need to know about changing it and is it a cat only part???

Not sure,but i think that should be a steel line.

If it is like a 3126B in a dozer, you can change it but you buy a removal tool for cat to pop it off of the fittings,not wrenches.

I like the tool, but a guy in my shop modified the cheap spanner that comes with a die grinder, cut it so the opening was wide enough for the CAT line, and he slips them off almost better than the tool.
