3116 Cat 928 G Block heater

Hello . After going through 3 cat block heaters the ones , with a 35 degree angle that plug into the block with a ORING and a wing nut on the back side have failed we decided to use a Phillips and Temro circulation heater . I am feeling stupid on where to install . Can someone give me some pointers please . I will post some pictures here some key ports I was thinking.
