Started doing it this morning. Unit will be operating normally then engine will bog down under load almost to the point of stalling, release all functions and engine will stumble for a few seconds then clear up and go to high idle with a cloud of blue smoke. Doesn’t appear to be related to a specific function or load. Did it under light and heavy load. Machine is up to date on maintenance. Had filters and what not changed last week, worked for a couple days with no complaints. Started doing it once an hour and by the end of the day increased to every 20 minutes or so.

Any ideas? What is supply pressure supposed to be? Anyone seen this before? This is our highest hour mini at 4000 hrs

Thanks

G..G..G..Granville.........!! Fetch your cloth.
Genuine Cat filters used, or "will fit"..?
Has the problem developed since the filters were changed..? If so refer to the 1st question or consider the possibility that something was disturbed during the filter change that could be plugging the fuel flow.
Another possibility is not related to service work but a tank full of dirty fuel..?
Do you drain the fuel tank periodically to remove water and sediment as required by the Maintenance Manual..?
