Does anyone know where I can get parts for this Berco idler? The Mecalac dealer sold me bushings and seals but apparently can't get the shaft.

Measure up all dimensions of the idler and check out Komatsu parts. If they have them it will end your troubles with Berco rubbish.
Speaking from my own experience.

Would a Komatsu dealer have dimensions for idlers or would they have to measure each one to see if there was a match?

What is your experience with Berco? I've not had much experience with them but always assumed they were a good brand. What brand does Komatsu use? Or do they make their own?

Komatsu had a licence agreement with Berco to manufacture tracks and some years later that fell apart or expired. Now Komatsu make their own but based on Berco.
I owned and operated a Rayco c140 which had Berco track gear and could only get 1000hrs out of the idlers before they did exactly what yours have done. A smart bloke looked up the Komatsu catalogue and found they made the same idler so we fitted them.
They were twice the price of Berco and were still good after 4000hrs when I sold the machine. I considered it money well spent.
A good independent track shop should be able to access the information, it's only available to dealers and them but not to you.
