Hi I have a 2018 Bobcat S550 SN AHGM14550
It has been giving the customer problems since it was new and had all sorts of people looked at it including the dealer but no one ever wanted to get involved with it.
The customer said Bobcat remoted in a year ago and got codes
- L7404 Gateway Controller No Communication
- D7501 CAN Joystick Info Error.
I went to look at it last week. This issue happens when it gets hot so right between 30-45 minutes every day every time and it wont work normal until cooled down so restart later in day or following day. The codes I got that came up on the display are
- M3204 ACS Controller No Communication to Bobcat Controller
- M7504 Drive No Communication
- W3276 ACS Can Joy Stick Information Error
I looked at wiring, I don't think its wiring, it has to be one of the modules cause its when it gets hot and like i said it does it every day but I don't know how to narrow down what module is giving issue cause I have no troubleshooting info.
I did OHM out some wiring at the 4 pin plug for the LH joystick due to the D7501 code and everything wiring wise liked good from there, no shorts to power or ground from either of those 4 wires. Checked fuses, ok. Swapped all ECM/Computer/Module related relays in the panel out with other circuits.
Any information will help. Thanks in Advance
