2004 cat 304cr. Right track moves slower than left. Sounds like machine is straining while moving. All other functions work fine. Possible final drive and or rotary swing valve manifold.. Im stumped. Thanks.

There are two different possibilities of final drive plug setups as shown below. Plkug 1 is drain, 2 is level, 3 is fill. Set the RH final drive in the correct position and remove the level plug. If no oil appears then pull the drain plug. Check the magnet on the drain plug for metal particles.
