After reading several posts on this topic, im still scratching my head.
Ive replaced the battery and alternator, as this is a well used machine.
With the key in the ON position, i have voltage on 2/3 pins on the back of the alternator. It is 1V lower than the battery.
My hour meter has also zeroed during this process.
I attempted to lift the cab, and after removing the 2 nuts, i am unable to move the cab. Ive used some...."field techniques", but am afraid that i may tweak the cab using any additional force.
So question 1: is power supposed to be present as i have described above?
Question 2: has anyone ran into the issue with the cab, if so, what was your solution?
