2004 CAT 277 Multi Terrain Loader

This is a great 2004 Caterpillar 277 Skidsteer loader with only 1990 TRUE hours (may slightly increase due to use). This 277 was bought new for a horse farm from the dealer in 2004 along with all of the attachments (Bucket, Forks, Auger, 4" bit, 6" bit, 36" bit, Trencher) that are included in this auction. This machine has never been driven on steep grades or used on any construction site. Its main purpose was drill post holes for the 4+ miles of fence that were completely redone in 2005. It also served its purpose during large snow storms to help clear out banks of snow and general maintenance around the farm. This machine has never been put to it limits like a rental or construction site machine. 95% of the hours on the machine are from 3 qualified farm personnel who operated the machine over the years. It has not been repainted to hide anything and all the maintenance on the machine was done in house (a well know specialized on site equipment repair shop did any large maintenance on site).
