I have a Kobelco SK210LC-6 that the air conditioner comes on when you first crank, runs for about 5 to 10 seconds then turns off. I believe the pressure is correct in the system but would like to know correct pressure it needs to be at. Has anyone every had this issues and please let me know any ideas you might have on how to resolve.

Your pressures will depend on ambient temperature. If you have gauges hook them up and post pictures of the results. You can find 134A temperature/pressure charts by a Google search

Are you talking about the fan cutting out or just the A/C compressor clutch?

Yes, High pressure cutout switch

Is there any gas in it?
Bubbles in the sight glass?
