1995 John Deere 490e key won’t shut down machine

I’ve acquired a farm quality John Deere 490e. The machine will not shut off with key, I have to pull the fuse. I’ve replaced the ignition switch (the old one just worn and sometimes wouldn’t crank the machine) and that did not fix it. I haven’t check the relay because I can’t figure out which relay does which. Google searches aren’t helping either. Looking for pointers on this.
