1989 Ford LTS8000 low oil pressure

It has a Brazilion diesel 240 hp. Registers 20 lb pressure at 2000 rpm engine warm . I think it is mechanical gauge . Any thoughts?

It might help to find the factory specs for the engine as well . . .

How many hours/miles on this engine? for starters. IIRC those ran 55 to 60 psi at 2000.
