1970’s d5 dozer

Looking for a little help on my d5 dozer. Im still pretty new to dozers and am having an issue with the bearing on the rear of the dozer.
How it happened. I was pushing limber in the back 40, drove it back to the road and the rear bearing either locked up or bolts broke on the case (didnt know it yet). I then went to turn and the front leaf spring pushed its way down to under the dozer resting the cab on the tracks.
I have the front leaf spring back where it is suppose to be but am having issues getting the bearing and case to line up. Any tips would be more then appreciated. I am posting a picture of the issue.

Seems the diagonal brace bearing cap bolts have broke which lets the track frame wander off.
Should not be that hard to get things back in alignment unless the diagonal brace has become damaged.

Here is another photo from further back. There is no other damage to it. I have jacked the back up and tried to slide it over bit it doesnt move much. It acts like it is minding and not allowing it to go back and to the right. I didnt know if there is something else i need to loosen to get it to move easier.

Looks like the cap has come off your wishbone move the front of the track frame left and right.
There are bushing halves in there along with a dowel to hold them in place

You also have a large diameter bushing in the track frame that is the other pivot point. That may be damaged or worn out. Best get your hands on a service and parts manual.

Your showing us a dark cave, with no light to see any thing.

If it is a diagonal brace cap missing then you need a replacement, maybe your old one is hiding on the ground some where.

A close up picture alone never helps, as it is like being on a raft in the middle of the pacific ocean and asking the person where they are.

You may need to loosen the track tension to get it all back inline, and don't retighten it until the cap is back on.
And worse case the outside pivot on the sprocket shaft will need to be loosened too.

Jacking up the back of the machine a few inches on that side may also give you a bit more wiggle room.
