Looking for something I can adapt, just to keep the trees off me, not concerned with a ROPS, really.

Have some trees to flop, and open lid, just does not cut it!

Anybody know of one sitting someplace, near West PA?

Where in western PA are you located? You could try Clark Enterprizes in the Clintonville/Barkeyville area. They have what I would call a equipment junk yard. Can't recall the phone number at the moment but I have used them for a very hard to find(for me) pump drive shaft and other parts on a Pettibone 30 crane. This place has acres of equipment in stages of dismemberment.
