190 dynahoe brakes

Older model 190 dynahoe series 3 backhoe been sitting for several years no brakes fill the master cylinder and bleed the system now the brake pedal is hard as a rock I have a feeling the wheel cylinders Pistons are froze what's involved in getting to the wheel cylinders inside the drums

Its a bit of a chore to get to the brakes, on my 160 you have to disassemble the planetary units to get the hubs and drums off.
