found my reason for my bucket drifting down. I actually called case to come over. I had the cylinder apart when they got there. the tech found the problem right away . It had a missing o ring. After that my fan blade broke a went through the
radiator. Some times you can't lucky. I am having a problem with the new fan I was sent had plastic blade and was told it was a special order and was not returnable. The problem now is it does not fit. I am still in a solution with the vendor. Wish me luck...thanks
