Our operator picked up some fencing wire in the right hand rear hub today, causing quite the leak from the hub from the wire wrapping itself in there. Ive done plenty of duo cone seals in excavators and dump trucks but not graders, are there any tips and tricks to the M or anything else to look out for?
TIA

Duo-Cone seals are all he same idea, only the size varies. If you've done them before you should have no major issues.
The key thing with a Duo-Cone seal is to not only get the height above the housing correct but also a consistent height measurement right around the circumference.

Thanks Nige, Ive been give the disassembly and assembly procedure from the manual, looks easy enough to do

I bet they didn't give you the seal installer tool though. Not having one of them makes it much harder although by no means impossible. Just remember that everything has to be almost surgically clean, and dry, when installing the seal.
