Please help!!! '07 430 Bobcat Mini Excavator keeps blowing fuses and showing a 14-03 code. The machine runs fine until it's turned off then fuse has to be replaced to be started again. Then the same thing happens again. What's going on!?!?

Welcome to HEF axiswelding. :drinkup

Code 14-03 is a problem with the fuel shutoff solenoid pull coil. If it's popping the fuse when you turn on the ignition, likely the fuel solenoid is shorted out. Try disconnecting the harness connection at the fuel solenoid, then power up the machine, see if it still pops that fuse then. I'm thinking it may be popping that fuse as soon as you power it up, but once the solenoid is engaged you have no idea the fuse is blown until you try to start it again. You might want to look at it a little close and see if it is doing that. Replace the fuse, start it up, and see just when that fuse blows.

Allright, things are getting goofy now. Won't crank. Does the display power up when you turn on ignition? Does it make any noise at all when you hit the start button? And this cranking problem should not be related to the fuel shut off problem blowing the fuse, different problem. We need to sort out the cranking problem. Also, if it blows fuse 8 for fuel solenoid as soon as you attempt to start the machine, disconnect the fuel solenoid from the harness connector and see if it still blows the fuse.

Yes...it does turn over fuel pump pumps, starter winds, but will not start and still blows fuse. Will try disconnecting fuse (bottom left corner - fuse 8?) tomorrow after work. Thank you so much!!!

Whoa, wait, what? Bottom left corner? Are we talking about fuse 9 for the main controller? That fuse box should have a cover that you have to remove to access the fuses and relays, on the inside of that cover should be a decal that notes the position and function of the fuses and relays in the box, can you confirm we're talking about Fuse 9 Controller fuse?
