02 Volvo EC240B Slow single function, 2 functions are normal.

Serial EC240BLCV 100 82

Hydraulics are sluggish if just using 1 function (like curling) but if crowding and curling at the same time, it works fine.

Volvo dealer diagnosed it as the Hydraulic pump, new pump didn't fix.

Volvo dealer diagnosed it the second time as swing valve, swapped in another used valve, no fix.

Any suggestions of things to check?

Any service or tech bulletins?

Suggest you check out the engine speed, how much you loose under load and servo pressure.
