    Cat 247b throttle issue

    I have a 2008 cat 247b with the c2.2 3024c / perkins 404d-22t engine in it. The engine spun a rod bearing and I have since rebuilt it. I finished the rebuild and started the engine up and as soon as the engine starts it goes wide open and will not idle down at all I’ve removed the throttle cable...
