    Front bucket—Hydraulic cylinder rebuild

So I decided to pull the cylinders apart and see what’s what. Turns out one of the cylinders had a damaged seal, I guess I forced it a bit too much….I bought a replacement seal and installed it a bit more carefully this time and everything seems to work excellent. Thanks for the help boys, much...

Took quite a bit of force, almost everything I had. When you say redone, do you mean redo the gasket kit yet again?

    Front bucket—Hydraulic cylinder rebuild

Hey guys, I have a 1996 Case 580L and I just recently rebuilt the 2 front tilt cylinders with a gasket I bought directly from Case. Problem is when I now load the bucket it seems to tilt down on its own, I keep having to curl it otherwise it’ll spill the load. I’m almost positive the gaskets...

    Cylinder “O” ring kit

I have a 1996 Case 580L and i’m looking at replacing the “O”rings in the front bucket cylinders. I phoned one of the nearby dealers and the cost for one cylinder is $206, I can get another kit at a parts store online for $70. My question is would you guys recommend going with the dealer at the...

Where is Case 580 Super L Rear Differential Part Number ?

I didn’t add any additive, I went with a recommended Dynatrans MXP oil. What’s the name of the additive you’re referring to and how much should I add? And would you add it to all three spots on the axle? Front and rear axle?

    1996 Case 580L brakes

Sorry if this has been asked before, I don’t have time to go through over 400 threads. I have a 1996 Case 580L and the left brake seems to work fine but the issue is the right one I’m able to put it to the floor and no response. I’m hoping I can adjust it but don’t know where the adjustment...
