I have a 87 Cat D3 Dozer that I took the hyd lines off for the blade to replace them. Now I don't remember how they go back on.and I don't have the old metal lines so I can't trace them. If anyone has the diagram for the hyd lines that tilt angle and lift the blade it would be greatly appreciated -

Ex 120-2 stuck pin
The pin on the rock crusher ( paulverizer) on our excavator is stuck we are trying to take it off to put the bucket back on. It will take grease an you can spin the pin around with a pipe wrench and you can hit it out about a inch on rather side but after that it won't come out any...- Benco

It sounds like your hyd filters need to be changed. There might be a metal filter/strainer in the bottom of the hyd tank and you can clean it and put it back in. I had a similar problem with my ex 60...- Benco

Are the overflow valves like banjo bolts with a spring and ball in them if so i checked them and they seem ok. When you pump the primer alot you can hear the fuel going in the tank- Benco

Thanks..i checked all the banjo bolts and there is no electric pump. Im thinking the lift pump on the side of the injector pump is bad im catch hell takeing it off its in a tight spot but i got to start somewhere Thank you again- Benco

Hi guys I have a 1999 hitacha EX120 with 1700 hours. It was running great when i parked it in my shop last May 2018. Well yesterday i went to start it an it just turned over wouldn't start.
