    I have ordered one but the dealer has told me numerous times that case will not print certain manuals until there is enough orders for them. It frustrates the hell out of me. I just figured someone here could make me a copy or pdf the thing.

    580C dash gauges still not working?

    I had a similar problem, after replacing sending units and messing with the wiring, it turned out the thermostat had a small piece of rubber stuck in it holding it open, so it never got to operating temp. Replaced thermostat problem solved.

    580L series 2 tach problems

    I was wondering if anyone knows where the tach feed is on the engine. I have been having problems with the tach intermittently going off and on. Sometimes it quits while running and sometimes it never comes on when cranked. Then usually after 2-10 min of not working it starts working again...

    This may not be considered a heavy truck by most folks here but here goes. I have a 1979 chevy c70, 366, 5+2, 12' dump, and the kingpins are starting to wear badly. Where can i get some replacement pins and bushings. I really just would like to know if parts are still available for this truck...

    Case 580L Gauges ?

    Thermostat had a thin piece of rubber wedged in it holding it open. Everything is fine now gauge points at the first green mark. Seems like it runs a little better too.

    Are my water and oil temp gauges working? They move slightly when the tractor is at operating temp but not enough to mean anything. Anyone possibly know what the problem could be? First pic is cold, 2nd is running at operating temp.

    Muffler repair on 580 LT 2

    I just bought a 580l T and the exaust pipe was cracked away from the muffler as you explained. I got out my miller mig, .024 wire, and 30min later fixed. I figured i would have to spot and move, spot and move, but the muffler is very thick i ran a continuous bead.
