Takeuchi TB53FR keeps blowing the lockout fuse - in the woods.

Update: I pulled the hydraulic tank cover off and looked over the wiring and saw a burnt wire. I'll replace this wire and see what happens...

Takeuchi TB53FR keeps blowing the lockout fuse - in the woods.

I have a TB53Fr, the fuse for the Level Lock Decel (ACC) keep shorting out - killing all hydraulics. I unplugged the lockout switch under the left arm rest - when you turn the key to "on" the fuse pops immediately - must be a short in the harness? I'm hoping someone can give me a common area...

    Takeuchi TB53FR overheating?

Yes, that's what I tried to order. The supplier sent me the Y filter. Oh well, I'll ship it back and get the right one.

    Takeuchi TB53FR overheating?

Do you remember the what pulley you used? My wire guard is gone, I think the foam and fun ring are as well. Again, with just the engine running the temps will stay in normal operating temp. Heats up when using hydraulics, then, if I stop using hydraulics, temps come back down. Maybe the...

I thought there is one in the tank and one accessible from outside by unbolting the plate and pulling it out.

    Takeuchi TB53FR overheating?

Good evening all, I have a Take TB53FR, runs great but... the two speed switch doesn't work, at times it feels like the machine is engaging between high and low speed when moving - if that makes sense. The biggest problem with the machine is, when using hydraulics, it will begin to run warm...

    Takeuchi door handle replacement

Thanks a lot for those pictures, that answers my question. My door lock assembly (part 7) is missing the arm that the handle (4 and 13) contacts to open the assembly. <sigh> one more order should get the door working. Thanks all, appreciate it!

    Takeuchi door handle replacement

Right, got that - thanks. However, look at the outside door handle. It seems part #4 should catch the rod some how - when assembled it doesn't. I'll take a few closer, updated pictures tonight.

    Takeuchi door handle replacement

Good morning all, I'm slowing repairing the new-to-me TB53FR. I do have all the manuals, however, I don't see how the outside door handle is supposed to actuate the assembly. Has anyone else had to replace one? Am I missing something on my door assembly?

Takeuchi TB53FR - new to me

I had the first two, thanks. I though that manualslib.com was a spam site so I didn't use it. SO excited to have an excavator! Moved about 30 yards of snow that had off loaded from the barn last night. A job that would have been impossible before.

Takeuchi TB53FR - new to me

Just purchased my first excavator - a 2003 Takeuchi TB53FR. Runs great, solid machine but needs work cosmetically. Anyone have an operators manual? I have a parts and workshop manual but could use the operator one.

Please help with Bobcat S175 and a snowblower. We just got 15 inches of snow...

No, no beeping. It would just turn off like I pushed the button. Glad that's all it was. Wish the PO of the snowblower would have told me. Just finished using it again with no problems.

Please help with Bobcat S175 and a snowblower. We just got 15 inches of snow...

It's a 7 pin. In short I could run the aux hydo w/o the attachment and it was fine. I think left the electrical connector disconnected from the snowblower. I couldn't control the chute but the aux hydro would stay running. Turns out the harness on the snowblower (SB200) was chaffed and the...
