    333D Cab side panels vibrations

Update - We replaced the hinge and hold down isolators yesterday. All of them were pretty well worn. Test drove the machine and the vibrations were reduced, but not eliminated. We blocked the machine up and ran the tracks at various speeds and engine rpms, both forward and back. There...

    333D Cab side panels vibrations

Thanks searcyfarms. Yes it was vibrating before the tracks were changed. The vibration is about the same on gravel, dirt or concrete. I just checked and there are two dampners/isolators on the "hinge" bolts on top of the cab and two on the hold down bolts (cab to frame). I'll see if I...

    333D Cab side panels vibrations

Thanks Vetech63, There is no vibration when the machine is stationary and the engine is at different rpm's. And I did replace drive sprockets when the tracks were replaced. And another bit of information is that I change the oil in the final drives yearly and have never noticed any particles.

    333D Cab side panels vibrations

I have a 2010 Deere 333D with 1,250 hours on it. The sides and windows on the cab started vibrating last fall and continued to get worse. You could find "sweet spots" with the engine rpm's where the vibrations was reduced. There is very little vibration and slow speeds. I replaced the...

    Deere 655

I have been told that Deere no longer sells Liebherr loaders as the 655 series. Is the 655 K a true Deere machine? The reason I ask is because I have been unable to get a Liebherr transmission controller for my Deere 655 C-2.

    Deere 655C - safety lever/machine travel malfunction

Thanks mg2316 and mikebramel! The tech was pretty thorough when he was doing the diagnosis and has tested virtually all of the inputs and components to the system. And I've already started searching for controllers here in the States, but may need to expand to Europe. Thanks again!

    Deere 655C - safety lever/machine travel malfunction

I 've had the same problem with my 2005 655C. It got progressively worse until the machine would not move. I had Deere technicians out twice to look at it and it was finally determined the Transmission Controller was faulty. John Deere does not have any in stock and can't get them. The bad...

What size excavator for my farm - appreciate some advice

I have a JD 160D, with thumb, and use it for clearing large and small trees, de-limbing and of course moving dirt. For me, this seems to be about the right size. I also have a JD 333D CTL with a grapple, tree puller and a few other goodies. I use the tree puller to remove the smaller brush...

Thanks for the ideas. I hadn't considered them.

    Deere 333D Joystick

The "coating" on the joysticks of my Deere 333D has started to come off, which leaves the joystick very "sticky". I've tried different cleaners but noting seems to help. And of course you can't just buy a replacement joystick, you have to buy and entire assembly for $415. Does anyone have any...
