    It could be something simple, or it could be the keyboard isn’t sending out the signals to the allocated pins on the circuit, if everything checks out then maybe there is a software update for the can bus communication between the on board ECUs.

    Depending on the year you should still be able to run the machine but you may not be able to make certain adjustments, view data or back up camera. We had one got out on our -7 series and had to eventually have it replaced
