    D3G Low Voltage

Thank you Mr. Nige. I will take a look into the file as soon as Im home as it wont pull up on my phone. In the meantime, the dozer had been operating correctly with our jumper wire setup. The operator went to change his speeds and the machine died out again. Tested key fuse with key off now at...

    D3G Low Voltage

Yessir both batteries did test good on load test and multi meter reads a steady 14.X volts or so at the battery terminals while running. I have not replaced the switch only because with the jumper wire feeding the ecm fuse, the unit functions normally: Park switch, lights, guages, radio, a/c...

Backstory - Unit started not wanting to crank with key switch. Jumped starter via starter to battery jumper wire. Fired up 3 times this way to finish job. 4th time we had no key on engine power. Ended up the 50 amp link fuse had blown. Replaced and still no key on power. Wiggling harness at...

Moved D3G from one site to another, rain moved in for a week and then moved back out so the unit sat still for roughly 10 days. Went to use it Wednesday and the park brake engaged 2 times in the first 5 minutes of use. Played with park brake switch and went back to pushing each time and the 3rd...

    JD 650K Loud Hydros

I have two new dozers on demo. One is new JD 650K, 128" blade, LGP 28" pads. The cab is super loud (hydraulic wine type noises), I have to decelerate to idle to talk on the phone. Is this normal? This is too nice a machine to have a cab this loud. Using a phone app, at WOT the deere averages...

    844K starting troubles when hot

Im trying to do some digging to help a friend out so information may be limited at times. The loader operates as should but after it has been ran some and engine is up to temp. If you switch it off ie: deliver load and then come back to reload. When you get back to start the loader to reload it...
