    john deere 750k

Thank you, the heat did the trick. Couple of minutes with the rosebud and now it's flooded with grease.

    john deere 750k

My son just picked up a 750k for our forestry operation. The right side of the dozer c frame where it mounts to the main frame will not take grease. It has a small remote line that goes into a square channel and into the pin/bushing. Is it possible that the bushing spun and blocked the grease...

    hydraulic hose

Anybody have any experience- good, bad, or otherwise with Balflex brand hydraulic hose? A hydraulic shop near me uses that brand and we replaced a couple hoses this week on our John Deere 1170 harvester. Our equipment uses some 2 wire and a fair amount of 4 wire. The prices are good and the...

Any commercial snow movers on here?

I plowed with this for the last 6 years. It's a Metal Pless blade that is 22 feet wide fully open. 10 foot center with 2 6 foot wings on a 950 K loader. Cut my route time in half compared to the 14 foot Balderson blade that came with the loader.

Plowing snow with a Case 480c?

The clearance that you have to look at is between the tire and the frame on the inside of the tire. I think you can flip the tires around and put them on the other way to gain enough for chain clearance. The offset is a little different from one side to the other. This is what we did when we had...

I value and appreciate all of your input. The knowledge and experience on this forum from all of you is incredible. I believe that the seller has a very in depth and complete record of the maintenance and repair history on this machine, him being the second owner after the fire service that it...

    parts availability for D6C

My son is looking at buying a D6C s/n 10K12812. Overall looks like a nice dozer. I am just wondering about parts availability for this machine. I believe it is a 1977 model.

    Track pad bolts

I have been using rust penetrant product for over 20 years that has made the removal of stuck fasteners much easier than any other product I have ever used. The stuff is called Yield and is made by Chemsearch. I have had bolts that would not come off with heating, beating or any other method you...

progressive link thumb linkage attachment point?

The Blue Star is especially nice in that it follows the bucket to within about 3 inches of a fully open bucket. Very handy.

    Stumping

A ripper tooth will make 100% difference. I use a 48" ripper on our 330c when I am building logging roads for my son. Stumps come out faster, smaller hole = less cleanup.

progressive link thumb linkage attachment point?

I put a Blue Star Welding progressive link thumb on my 304 and couldn't be happier with the ease of installation, quality and most of all, functionality. https://www.bluestarweldingllc.com/services/buckets-attachments/

Once you figure out which style of teeth you have, try Romac Industrial Parts. They have a good selection, are reasonably priced and quick shipping.
