    Tr320 no crank

Does it have a fuse link inline with the pos battery cable? Reason I ask is I had the same problem a week ago on a S185. I steamed cleaned all of it including the motor and raised the cab then cleaned out the lower end. Did a full service on it and went to start it and all it did was click, all...

S590 error code 5014 Please Help!!!

There is a formula for deflections both for chain and belts. Belts are 1/64 deflection per inch of running distance between two pulleys. The amount of force to create the deflection changes depending on the amount of ribs the belt has, more ribs more force. Most Bobcats have a pointer on the...

S590 error code 5014 Please Help!!!

You can pull the positive battery cable, then the cover. Do a visual check of the tensioner to see if the rubber is breaking down and try to move the belt / flywheel to see if the belt slips. Low hyd fluid will cause the same issue but usual you'll hear the pump cavitating when that happens.

S590 error code 5014 Please Help!!!

Was it 0514 code by chance and not the 5014? If it was the 0514 i'd check the hyd pump drive belt and tension. I'm old so I invert #'s sometimes. Just my .02 worth

    Bobcat s150 12-22 code

"The diamond should be for a warning as the system does a self check on startup and will list the 1st error that comes up." If that's the only code and if it starts and moves then more than likely you can use it ( Just not the aux control ) It also could be something as simple as a bad ground...

    Bobcat s150 12-22 code

The diamond should be for a warning as the system does a self check on startup and will list the 1st error that comes up. Disconnect your battery, check the wiring from the handle to the controller by taking the handle apart and dissconecting the hall switch wiring 3 wire plug. ( You can also...

    bobcat s150 hydraulic leak

Call you local Bobcat dealer and ask if # 6669732 will work. I got the # off the Bobcat web site. He should of been able to look it up under the model # you gave, serial # is the best but they should of been able too. If you take to a local Hyd shop they should be able to match them up and get...

Case 1845C, rebuilt my tilt cylinders and now my bucket drifts down

I would double check that all the air is out of the lines. If that's doesn't help then pull the pins on the shaft side of the cylinders at the quick attach and see which one is drifting. Just my .02

Grapples, the good, the bad, and the ugly.

I wanted to thank all of you for you input on a grapple. I found a used 66" Bobcat root grapple in Kansas and purchased it a few days ago. It had been stored inside and it's in very good shape. Just has some paint worn off the bottom / tips of the tines. Saved a bit from buying new and I think...

Grapples, the good, the bad, and the ugly.

I took a look at those and they're running about $3,450 with a 2 year warranty. Out of Winston Ga. Shipping costs puts it out of my budget. Looks like one of the better built ones though. Prices are nuts right now, even on the used ones.

Grapples, the good, the bad, and the ugly.

I was looking at the same one and then started leaning towards the other. Mainly because we don't have many rocks / boulders in Eastern Ne and the closing gap on it has a tighter radius. But it would work and it's about $500 less!!

Grapples, the good, the bad, and the ugly.

Thanks guys, I was thinking the same thing that the material would self align and as far as open spaces I've got plenty of scrap 1/4" plate that could fill the gaps if needed. I was actually thinking of making my own...buy a used Bobcat dirt bucket and modify it. I've got 2 1 arm loader buckets...

Grapples, the good, the bad, and the ugly.

I did look at a few Quick Attach units and noticed that the back side is open in most places allowing stuff to come through. Also they don't sell a dual clam unit just the single top piece units. I was thinking for my application the dual would work out better. I could be wrong, been wrong before.

Grapples, the good, the bad, and the ugly.

Bobcat is one that does have replaceable pin bushings. Did you ever have issues with the open top clams allowing Cr#p to get in under the cylinders / shafts / hoses?

Grapples, the good, the bad, and the ugly.

That's one big stump!! Is that a 82" grapple on yours? I have to watch the weight on the ones I'm looking at, just have a 1,850Lb lift cap.

Grapples, the good, the bad, and the ugly.

I was looking at Bobcat root grapples but their running about $1,000 above what I was trying to budget for one. Looked at a few used ones which still run as much as some of the others do new but on the other hand you get what you pay for. The bent clams must be a common issue with them cuz the...

Grapples, the good, the bad, and the ugly.

That's the Prime 66". 3/4" bottom tines with replaceable teeth, 1/2" top tines. The cylinders are centered on the clams on the newer style they make and weights about 960lbs

Grapples, the good, the bad, and the ugly.

I recently bought a used 2002 S185, 1400 hrs with a HD dirt bucket. Now looking for about a month for a decent brush grapple to clear 7-8 hilly acres of dead timber, buffalo berry? or what ever this stuff is and reseed it. Does anyone have some suggestions on a decent one? Been looking at...

Newbie looking for input / advice on purchasing a new to me 1840/1845c

I don't mind doing repairs, been a service tech most of my life other than tending block and flat work after HS. I checked with Titian and they said they can still get a lot of the parts for them. I'm mainly looking at machines under 2500hrs for the reasons ThreeCW mentioned but they're tuff to...
