Been reading this with a little head scratching. The aux spool valve will deliver full pump outflow at that low pressure. The only two things that control the outflow of the pump on that model of Cat is the NFC pressure and the throttle dial setting. That machine is only load sensing when the throttle dial is at the number 10 setting. So on that note the only thing I can think of off hand that would limit the flow through the valve would be the pilot pressure coming from the foot pedal not fully stroking the control valve spool. That seems to be confirmed by the statement of when operating something else the pressures are at 5,000 PSI. One should check circuit flows with a flow meter when installing a hammer circuit on any excavator. I know most of the time we don't have one available but in this case it would likely provide the information needed to complete the installation of the attachment.
