Also my tracks have a fresh scratch on them on one side about half the track I assume that's from side loading to much weight and shouldn't do that? Was on a creek bank and noticed it end of day and tried not do it any more and seemed to help or not do it anymore.

The marks on the track pin bosses have two usual causes. The first is wear from the rock guard when the pad doesn't sit square on the ground. The second is a worn roller allowing the outside flange to ride on the boss. It is common practice to run the undercarriage till the chains and sprocket teeth are worn out and then just replace those items and not replace that bottom rollers or idlers.

Thanks John that would make sense I was setting on a pretty good slop digging from the side. Id say I wasn't very square cause haven't noticed it doing it again yet .
