Project Log - 3 ton Yanmar working up a slope

It's still raining here, so i've had a mini landslide and the mini kept getting bogged in it whilst trying to clean it up, so i put it away for a few weeks before the wife got too angry. Now it's drying up so i can start working with it again :) New filters and a hydraulic oil change and she's...

So what CPS says and you'll be fine. There will be no shooting out, just a bit of oozing.

I just found a guy on ebay Australia with the return element, waiting for his reply now. Now looking for the suction filter as that appears to have small holes.

Project Log - 3 ton Yanmar working up a slope

SO i finally had the balls to pull out the hydraulic filters, the suction filter is ok and were cleaning it up. However the returns filter is totally blocked. If we pour in Gasoline from one end and block the other, nothing comes out. It's like filling up a glass! I'm not sure where to go...

Replacing idler bearing on Vio 30-1

Anyway, it was as i thought, here are some photos for those who might find it useful in the future. The 'kingpin' for the track (the easy one to open) was quite worn but seemed ok for now. but there wasnt a pin on the other side. What style pin do they use as standard? For the positioning...
