    1990 Peterbilt Speedometer Stuck 30 MPH

    416b powerless

    It could be packings in that piston allowing the fluid to blow by my neighbor had issues like that and replaced the whole controll bank then found out he had the same problem and it was the packing in the piston hope this helps
