I've not had a chance to look at it yet we have been plowing in field tile the boss man had the cat man at the shop today I and they had it all apart but I don't think they have found the problem yet. Hopefully I'll catch the mech at the shop tomorrow and see what the deal is. Kind of glad I got... -

Ok I've searched and searched on here and couldn't find any info so here it goes. I'm looking for pics or info on building engine enclosures for a 1969 D7E. Has anyone built there own? Or have detailed pics of what they look like? Any help would be awesome! Thanks! -

It also had ends that you could easily stick a chrome 90 on and clamp it into place on the outlet end with a stainless clamp and eliminate the coffee can dilemma.. mine had a 3 inch straight pipe that i just cut off about 6 inches from manifold then clamped muffler on and cut the leftover... -

I ordered a donaldson muffler offline for my machine with 3inch inlet and outlet 10inches around for my machine and it worked great seemed to me like it would fit on the 6c i ran the other day. It came with black paint that hasn't burnt off in 200 or so hrs. My machine isn't turbo charged so... -

Can anyone answer this?....regarding Iveco engines
I'm not sure about the 8365 JD but i have seen several 14Cs with a 8.3 liter turbocharged cummins stuffed in them but according to the serial number plate one of them i seen started life with a 8205 03 531 which is kinda nice to know really because somewhere on this planet theres an adapter... -

Wow thats a no brainer td25c! Hard to believe there can be that much cost difference in rollers! I know when i priced rails cat were like 800 a side cheaper and the adapter for sprockets wasn't to high if I remember right... so if a guy knew he was going to put more than 1 set on cat woulda been... -

A buddy of mine welded his up without putting them in a tank just a few inches on each one at a time but ive got a pile of 7/32nds 7024 rod and a tank i found i believe i can make work to set them in. (If 7024 will work?) Td25c your post didn't show up earlier? But the machine isn't going to... -

Ok thats what I needed to know looks like I'll just fire up the welder. If I understand correctly you need to build them up with mild rod/wire then put a 2 or 3 pass cap of hardened rod/wire is that how you suggest? Thanks all
