    1986 D3B c frame pins

    Can anyone tell me if the c frame hole have bushings in them where it pins to the tractor. It look like i will have to take them both loose to move the c frame forward to give the pins enough room to clear the frame. I got one pin part way out and don't see any wear.     D3B starting problems

    Thanks to all who responded well it seems the starting problem was a shorted fuse, and not enough ground. Jumper cable didn't work but i make a ground out of welding lead and went from the motor to frame since they are isolated by the motor mounts. Shorted across the starter and it fired right up.
