    IMO after running several brands the Takeuchi lineup of minis seems to me to be the brand to best in terms of power cab space and overall reliability!!!

    Hey jake just curious where you found the the water separator filter,have been on the computer at dealer with the parts guy and we could only find the entire separator housing could not find the filter listed seperatley just wondering man thanks .

    2003 cat 307c s/n bne00138 I need a glow plug for this machine and for some reason dealer can't locate the number,and while I am thinking about it I need the water separator filter number to thanks.

    Guys I was running the machine today and out of no where the stick would woukd move outward without me moving the control lever.proior to that though my alternator quit charging and I had to charge the batteries up to get it started and finish the job but before I could finish up the stick...

    Lee I am only seeing one yellow wire and then I have a orange wire that goes down to a power strip of sorts and there it is tied in with the yellow wire that feeds the power to the glow plugs.And I am not seeing a black ground wire but I do have the purple wire that is hooked up to a small screw...

    Ok guys got an update on the glow plugs I replaced the relay and I don't think it was wired right someone had put a jumper on the relay from the middle post back to the top post the new one had a bronze colored plate connecting the two together so after checking voltage on the wires I discoverd...

    Thanks lee I will check that out and see what I find is there anyway to check the relay or just replace it??The s/n is BNE0038 or 83 can't remember now but it's one or the other thanks!!

    Guys I just bought this exvavator and everything on it is in great working order the problem I do have is the glow plug light is staying on constantly checked for power at the glow plugs and have nothing any ideas on where to go with it?? Thanks Jason

    Hey man sorry it took me so long to get back to you been busy wich is a good thing with winter comin on.Anyway the fuel rail is what supplies the injectors maybe bob can help me with explaining it to you but here we go your fuel rail will be hooked up to each injector instead of the old school...

    Hey buddy I have a friend that owns a d5g I think it's a 06 as well and his turned out being a crack in the common rail that delivers the fuel to the injectors it took them 6 months to find it because it was so random just thought I'd throw it out there..     So here we go the machine has 4100hrs on it I got some bad fuel back in the spring and had to take all the lines off and clean them up and replace filters and drain and flush the tank.thought everything was fine until recently when it started acting up first thing that happend was the glow plug...
